Fitness4Life Training Center is a private training center located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We offer services that help members of our community achieve various fitness goals through a variety of programs like personal training, group fitness (Cardio Kickboxing, Barbell Pump & Flow, Glute, Core and Circuit Training) and martial arts designed to improve their health, encourage weight loss, reduce stress, and improve daily functions like balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, agility, and stamina.
What makes Fitness4Life different is that we have the experience to help you reach your goals and we are small enough to give you the personal attention that you need.

Our Raleigh Fitness Classes
XFIT
This is a complete body workout using all exercise principals for a great workout. This class can accommodate all fitness levels.
CoreFit
This class focuses on building strength, stability and endurance for the core region using traditional and non-traditional core exercises.
Barbell Pump & Flow
This class offers resistance training in a fun way and is very effective at building strength and muscle toning.
Cardio Kickboxing
Burn lots of calories while having fun using a combination of punches, kicks and strikes. Bring a towel and your water bottle, you will need it.
Karate
Our traditional youth and adult karate program teaches the lost science of martial arts. You will learn how to become a better and stronger person while developing life saving skills.
Glute Camp
The benefits of functional gluten are just as important as a strong core. This class will teach you how to properly use and build great looking glutes.
